Refund policy
Returns & refunds
Our 30-day return policy
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your order. For this voluntary policy, items should be unused, with their original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. This voluntary policy does not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty goods.
How to start
Use our returns and cancellation request page or contact us with your order number, the item and your request. We will provide the correct return destination and instructions. Do not send parcels to our registered office.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. A return may need to be sent to an international fulfilment partner; we will identify the destination and relevant cost information before sale. We cover reasonable return costs where required for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. No restocking fee applies.
UK and European cancellation rights
Where the statutory distance-selling right applies, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a clear statement of your decision. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; a deduction may apply only for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.
We reimburse eligible payments, including the basic outbound delivery charge, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery method need not be reimbursed. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us with the details. We will provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Consumer guarantees and legal rights, including those in Australia and New Zealand, are not excluded or limited by this policy.
Exceptions
Statutory exceptions may apply to genuinely personalised goods, perishable goods or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods after unsealing. Any relevant exception is stated on the product page before purchase. An exception to change-of-mind cancellation does not remove rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Cancellations before dispatch
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. If dispatch can no longer be stopped, the return process may apply without affecting statutory rights.
